Return Policy:

Whether you buy just one bottle or many, every order comes with 1 year of purchase protection. If you don’t see or feel the difference, just return all your bottles (full and empty) for a full refund of your purchase price. Don’t have all the bottles? No worries! We’ll refund you for everything you send back.

*Our satisfaction guarantee applies to the product purchase only; shipping charges or return shipping costs will not be credited.

Instead of going through the hassle of returning your package for a refund, we’d love the opportunity to help you troubleshoot.


Start the Return Process:

  1. Before sending your package back, visit our Self-Service Portal to get an RMA# and Return Instructions.
  2. In the Self-Service Portal, click on "My Orders" and follow the prompts to obtain your RMA and start the return process.
  3. Visit the Self-Service Portal here.

Note: If your package was delivered outside of the US, please email mail@suncoastsciences.com for special return instructions.
