SCS - When will my refund be processed?

Refunds are processed on a first come, first served basis and are normally processed by the next business day. We'll email you a confirmation once your refund is processed. Once you receive your refund confirmation, it may take 3-5 business days to post to your account, depending on your bank's procedures.

If you need to return an item for a refund:

First you'll need to get an RMA# and return instructions via our self service portal

Once you ship back your unwanted item/s, follow these steps to receive a refund:

Email mail@suncoastsciences.com and include the following information: 

• Tracking number for the package you are returning:
• Name on the order:
• Your (RMA)#:
• Order id/s of items being returned:
• Name and quantity of each product you are returning:
• For our internal reporting purposes, please let us know your reason for returning the

item/s.

Refund processing time for returned items:

Once you provide us with the information outlined above, we will promptly process your refund. You’ll receive a refund confirmation email at that time. Please note that refunds may take a few business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's policies.

If you do not notify us with the information detailed above, we will process your refund as soon as our warehouse records your return. However, in such cases, the processing time may take up to 4 weeks, depending on postal delivery times and warehouse availability.
