SCS - How do I cancel an order?

Canceling an order that hasn't been delivered: 

  • If you ordered MORE THAN 3 hours ago or received a "SHIPPING CONFIRMATION" email, we apologize that it is too late to prevent your order from shipping. In this case, you'll need to wait for the order to arrive, then return it for a full refund. 
  • Items that are on backorder can be canceled unless you've already received a shipping confirmation. 
  • If the order is an auto-refill order, besides canceling the individual order, if you wish to cancel all future orders you will need to cancel the whole subscription too.

Canceling an AutoRefill Subscription:     

  • If you are receiving too much product, we can easily adjust the amount of product or how often you receive it instead of canceling. 
  • Canceling an individual order does not automatically cancel your Whole Subscription.
  • Canceling your whole subscription controls all future orders, but will not cancel an order that is "pending shipment" (for example if you've received a "SHIPPING CONFIRMATION" email). In this case, in addition to canceling your subscription, you'll need to wait for the order to arrive, then return it for a full refund.

  • Check our Self-Service Portal to cancel where you can view your order status, track shipments, edit your personal information, edit or cancel an order before it ships, or start the return/refund process.
