SCS - What diet should I follow?

We strongly believe that no diet is one size fits all. What works for some, may not work for others. However, the very best diet is one that YOU can personally stick to long term. In order to stick to something long term, it can't be too restrictive and must be balanced.  It should contain lots of nutrient dense foods, be low in sugar and processed foods, and be high in healthy fats (Omega-3 fatty acids). 

We recommend the Mediterranean diet, or following the book the Fat Resistant Diet (by Dr. Leo Galland MD). Leo Galland, MD, director of the Foundation for Integrated Medicine in New York City, says the Fat Resistance Diet is about eating superfoods to reduce inflammation and fight fat.
