SCS - I'm unable to take capsules, can I mix the contents with something else?

The answer is yes.  The contents have a moderately strong taste when opened so mixing with a spoonful of applesauce, yogurt or honey works best. It comes down to, if you aren't going to take the capsule because it's too big for you then it's not going to do anything for you anyway. The main thing is getting the contents in your system so they can go to work for you. Try and use a small amount so as not to dilute it too much. Then drink so water afterwards to help wash it down.
