Sun Coast Sciences offers a 365-Day Guarantee on all of our products. 

If you’re not happy with them for any reason, simply give us a call day or night, and we’ll be happy to make an exchange or let you know how to receive a refund.

How Do I Return My Product?

The fastest way to get help is to visit our self-service portal where you can view your order status, track shipments, edit your personal information or upcoming orders, and cancel or start the return/refund process - for Self Service go HERE

What If I Receive A Damaged Product?

That’s not how it should be! Just contact us and we’ll send you a new bottle.

What Happens If My Package Never Arrived?

What a bummer! Just contact us and we’ll get a new one out to you.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

We'll process your refund as soon as we receive an email containing your completed return form and valid tracking number. If we do not receive your complete return form with valid tracking number, a refund will be processed once our warehouse has recorded your return. Please note, it may take up to 3 weeks for returns to be processed depending on postal delivery times and warehouse availability.
