return all unopened products up to 1 year from the purchase date
- If your package has NOT been opened:
- There is no need to open it. We'll use the packing slip that is located inside to document your return - please skip to the "4. How to return your package" section below.
- If your package has been opened:
- INSIDE the package you ship back to us include your name, shipping address, the reason you are returning the item, and the names and quantities of the items you are returning along with your SHIPMENT ID/RMA #. Feel free to use the original packaging.
- Most of this information is already on your packing slip! If you have your packing slip you can use the SHIPMENT ID as your RMA. If you do not have your packing slip, you can print and complete this form, or write the needed information on a piece of paper and include it in your return package.
- Here's what we need:

3. Reason for returning

4. How to return your package:
- Sun Coast Sciences does not provide free return shipping.
- Return your items via the shipper of your choice (United States Postal, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
- Ask for a tracking number to be assigned to your package.
- Email us your tracking number to receive your refund (see #5 below).

5. How to receive an immediate refund:
*Our satisfaction guarantee applies to the product purchase only; shipping charges or return shipping costs will not be credited.
To receive a refund send an email to email@example.com and include the following:
- Tracking number for the package you are returning:
- Name on the order:
- Your Shipment ID (RMA) #
- Order id/s of items being returned:
- Name of product & number of bottles being returned?
- Your Reason for returning the item/s (see #3 above):
6. When will your refund be processed?
We'll process your refund as soon as we receive your complete return information with your valid return tracking number. ( see above: "5. How to receive an immediate refund").
Please understand that from the date we receive your return tracking information, it can take several business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank's procedures.
If we do not receive your complete return form with a valid tracking number, a refund will be processed once our warehouse has recorded your return. Please note, it may take up to 3 weeks for returns to be processed depending on postal delivery times and warehouse availability.
