return all unopened product up to 1 year from purchase date
- If your package has NOT been opened:
- There is no need to open it. We'll use the packing slip that is located inside to document your return - please skip to the "4. How to return your package" section below.
- If your package has been opened:
- INSIDE the package you ship back to us include your name, RMA (or Order ID #), your shipping address, the reason you are returning the item, the names and quantities of the items you are returning. Feel free to use the original packaging.
- Most of this information is already on your packing slip! If you do not have your packing slip, you can print and complete this form, or write the needed information on a piece of paper and include it in your return package.
- Here's what we need:

- Circle your Reason for Returning (or write it down)
3. Reason for returning
|A. adverse reaction (specify) ______________||F. overstocked|

4. How to return your package:
- Complete the required information above and return it inside your package.
- Ship your return package back via the shipper of your choice (United States Postal, UPS, FedEx etc.).
- Ask for a tracking number to be assigned to your package.
- Email us your tracking number to receive your refund (details below).

The United States Postal Service makes it easy to create an account then purchase and print labels right from their website. Then you can place the item directly in your mailbox without ever leaving your house.
5. How to receive an immediate refund:
*To receive a refund send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
and include the following:
- Tracking number for the package you are returning:
- Name on the order:
- Your RMA or Order ID:
- Name of product & number of bottles being returned?
- Your Reason for returning the item/s (see #3 above):
6. When will your refund be processed?
We'll process your refund as soon as we receive an email containing your return/refund information ( see above: "5. How to receive an immediate refund").
Please understand that from the date we receive your return tracking information, it may take approximately 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank's procedures.
If you do not reply, we will process the refund once our warehouse has recorded your return. Please note, the warehouse can take up to 2 weeks for this process.
