SCS - Why Doesn’t My Bottle Appear Completely Full?

At Sun Coast Sciences, we take great care to ensure that you receive the exact amount of product listed on the label. However, you may notice that some of our supplement bottles and skincare containers aren’t completely filled to the top. Here’s why:

For Oral Supplements (Capsules & Powder)

Our supplement bottles are filled based on the exact number of capsules or tablets stated on the packaging. The bottle size is selected to protect the capsules and prevent breakage during shipping and storage, which sometimes results in extra space inside the container. Rest assured, you’re getting the full count of capsules as promised!

For Topical Products (Serums, Creams, and Lotions)

Our skincare products are filled by weight, not volume. The packaging is designed to preserve the formula’s potency and protect it from light and air exposure, but it may not be custom-molded to the exact amount of product inside. This means there may be some empty space in the container, even though you are receiving the full amount indicated on the label.
