SCS - Can I use moisturizer with Complete Neck Cream without decreasing effectiveness of the product?

Yes, it is suggested to use under your moisturizer on cleansed skin. Let it absorb and dry into the skin completely before adding moisturizer.

If you have an existing skin care routine, we always recommend to still do it, and just add the cream in the beginning.
