SCS - Can I take BioShield MD if I am taking another supplement that contains Vitamin D?

BioShield MD contains a higher amount of Vitamin D, which in recent studies have found that you can reap more health benefits with higher doses, as long as it is safely done. We pair our Vitamin D with Zinc, which works similar to Vitamin K2 and Vitamin D. The Upper Limit for Vitamin D ofr adults is 4,000 IU (International Units). BioShield MD contains 1500 IU.
Zinc will help the calcium production, due to the vitamin D consumption, and ensures that it is safely passing to the correct areas of the body, instead of accumulating elsewhere. Vitamin D is most commonly paired with Vitamin K2 to aid in this process.

If you are concerned about consuming too much vitamin D, I would suggest limiting servings of your other vitamin D containing supplement or taking one capsule of BioShield MD daily instead of two. I would also recommend drinking adequate water daily, at least 8 or 9 8-oz cups daily. This will help regulate your body and help flush some excess vitamins out.
