SCS - I started a weight loss plan and gained weight

There are no "typical" results with AmpaLive. Everyone has different factors that affect their ability to lose weight. In some cases weight loss may take longer than you expect, as your hormones and body re-adjust and respond to all the changes you are making. Setting healthy expectations is the key. A healthy rate of weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week, so keep that in mind when you set your expectations. 

For most people the ingredients in AmpaLive can produce changes in appetite, energy, and mood in the short term with changes in weight occurring with continued use. We find that some customers get their greatest results after using the product at least 8 - 12 weeks. The best way to help the product be effective is to consistently take 2 doses per day with food in combination with a healthy nutrition plan and exercise. 

Some things to consider are: what other changes have you made since starting your plan? are you exercising more than usual? are you drinking more water?  Drinking more water than normal (re-hydrating a dehydrated body) and exercising can cause temporary weight gain...however, don't be discouraged - your body will adjust to these changes and you'll begin to lose weight soon. It just takes time. 
How long have them been taking the products? Are you taking all the products consistently and correctly? Are you taking anything else?  What medical factors are there? (some supplements and medications don’t jive).

Ultimately, when starting a weight loss journey it's important to remember that it takes time. No pill or supplement can do all the work on its own. It's imperative to adopt healthy lifestyle habits focusing on making these changes for a lifetime. Temporary changes will only get temporary results.
