SCS - Nervous system recovery scores
In our BioLuna page Rosenberg mentions, " ...and as I called everyone together for our pre-patient “all-hands” meeting, I asked them to pull out their phones, and share their nervous system recovery scores, 84%... 96%... 89%...87%... as we went around the table, it was all smiles. No one had scored lower than 79%."
What is this in reference to?
All the subjects used a device of their own choice that measured their HRV (“heart rate variability” ), which is like a barometer for nervous system health.
There are several device brands that include HRV metrics like fitbit, garmin, and inner balance.
