SCS - D3 Shield Label
This is a D3, K2, Calcium supplement in a veggie capsule.
Usage: Healthy adults over age 18 take 1 veggie capsule daily. Since both Vitamins D3 and K2 are fat soluble, you’ll get best results if you take D3 Shield with your meals. Make sure to include some olive oil, coconut oil, butter or ghee for maximum absorbency. Rosenberg recommends taking D3 Shield with your first one or two meals of the day.
A higher intake of vitamin K2 is strongly associated with a reduced risk of heart disease.
Vitamin K1 appears to be less useful or ineffective.
